THE RISE MOVEMENT

THE RISE MOVEMENT

One Year. One Community. Twelve Summits.

Across the UK, a quiet shift is taking place.

More people are stepping away from nightlife culture and turning toward something deeper rediscovering movement, purpose, and the pull of the outdoors. Adventure is becoming the new escape. Connection, the new currency.

At Harvakrun, we’re answering that call.

We’re launching The Rise Movement, a community driven journey designed to bring together like minded individuals who believe in growth, challenge, and shared experience. This isn’t about speed, ego, or competition. It’s about connection. Moving together. Climbing together.

The Plan

12 months.
12 countries.
12 mountains.

One year of exploration across borders, cultures, and landscapes, united by a shared passion for hiking and adventure. Each summit represents more than a destination, it’s a moment of resilience, positive energy, and human connection.

This movement is for good people with open minds, strong legs, and a hunger for something more. A space where strangers become teammates and teammates become community.

We rise together.
We climb together.
This is Harvakrun.

12 Months. 12 Countries. 12 Mountains.

🇬🇧 Wales — Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) | 1,085m

A UK classic. Multiple routes, a rich hiking culture, and the spiritual starting point of the movement.

🇮🇪 Ireland — Carrauntoohil | 1,038m

Ireland’s highest peak. Wild, rugged, and rewarding without being technical.

🇫🇷 France — Le Mont Revard | 1,537m

Alpine views without alpine danger. Well-marked trails overlooking Lake Bourget.

🇪🇸 Spain — Mulhacén | 3,479m

Mainland Spain’s highest mountain, climbed via straightforward hiking routes. Big achievement energy.

🇮🇹 Italy — Monte Baldo | 2,218m

Rising above Lake Garda, this is accessible, scenic, and ideal for group ascents.

🇩🇪 Germany — Zugspitze (Reintal Route) | 2,962m

Germany’s highest peak via a long but non-technical route — a true test of endurance.

🇦🇹 Austria — Schafberg | 1,783m

Gentle alpine terrain with panoramic views. Built for connection-focused climbs.

🇳🇴 Norway — Galdhøpiggen (Summer Route) | 2,469m

Norway’s highest mountain, achievable on guided summer hikes without technical gear.

🇸🇮 Slovenia — Mount Triglav | 2,864m

Deeply symbolic and cultural. Some exposure, but manageable with basic scrambling experience.

🇵🇹 Portugal — Pico Mountain (Azores) | 2,351m

Volcanic, raw, and powerful. A steady ascent with a huge emotional payoff.

🇲🇦 Morocco — Mount Toubkal | 4,167m

North Africa’s highest peak — a walk-up trek with guides and no technical climbing required.

🇯🇵 Japan — Mount Fuji (Yoshida Trail) | 3,776m

A cultural pilgrimage as much as a hike. Well marked, accessible, and deeply symbolic.
